P. M. Kidder & Associates, Ltd. (PMK) Online Privacy Policy

 

Your use of the PMK site and/or your registration for PMK products and services constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the PMK site.

 

Information Collection

Collection

While using this Web site you may be required to provide personal information such as your name, address, email address. Additionally, when purchasing an item you may also be required to provide financial information such as credit card number, bank account, etc. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest and complete any sale.

 

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from PMK, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). PMK uses this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 

Social Security Numbers

The only time that PMK will request your social security number is the first time you have exceeded the $600.00 earnings limit if you participate in our refer a friend or other affiliate program. Your Social Security number will be used only to issue you a 1099.

Newsletters

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, PMK will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.  Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.

PMK may store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third party sources to create a “profile” of your preferences.  We do not tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you.

P. M. Kidder & Associates, Ltd. is the sole owner of the information collected on www.enterpadsusa.com. P. M. Kidder & Associates, Ltd. collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

 

Surveys or Contests

From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site.  If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.  The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).

 

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic or personalize the site (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys), to send participants an email newsletter.

Tell-A-Friend

 

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.  PMK stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Uses of Information

PMK will use any personal information collected from you only to provide necessary and requested services to you. We will not sell, give or otherwise provide your personal information to any third party that is no directly involved in providing those services and such information provided shall only include that information required to provide the contracted services. We use appropriate third party software or web searches to verify your address, in order to facilitate shipping of products ordered.

 

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our suppliers.  This information does not identify individual users. Our suppliers may from time to time request demographic information to aid in sales, product improvement or new product development. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We Share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties

 

As a distributor PMK suppliers may request personal information to aide in resolving problems with their product. Such information provided shall be limited to name and contact information unless the supplier is at financial risk or a party to a lawsuit. PMK will notify the customer of such discloser. In certain circumstances, PMK will not notify customers such as a criminal investigation, contravention of laws, the collection of a debt, when the health of security of an individual is threatened or when requested by a law enforcement agency or court order.

Agents

We may use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies maintain their own privacy policy. Information shared is only that necessary for each party to perform their service.

 

Service Providers

 

We use PayPal to provide credit card processing on our site.  When you sign up for PayPal their privacy policy are enforceable for the credit card transaction. PayPal does not share financial information with PMK. PMK provides PayPal with only that personal information PayPal requires to process a transaction. Additional information may be supplied to PayPal as part of an investigation by PayPal.

Legal Disclaimer

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site

Choice/Opt-out

We provide you the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information.  For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.

Log Files

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files.  This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

 

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We use both session ID cookies and/or persistent cookies.  We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

We do not employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs).  Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users.  In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

 

We do not use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients.

 

Third Party Advertisers

We do not support third party advertisers on our website.
